POLI-FLEX® TUBITHERM is a top-tier heat transfer flock material known for its velvety texture and vibrant color range. Made from eco-friendly raw materials, TUBITHERM is free of PVC and plasticizers, complying with the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Category 1 for safety and sustainability.

• Precision Cutting and Weeding: TUBITHERM offers excellent cutting performance and clean weeding, even at high speeds, without tearing.
• Versatile Applications: Ideal for lettering on uniforms, workwear, sportswear, leisurewear, and promotional textiles, with outstanding wash resistance.
• Compatibility: Bonds seamlessly with cotton, cotton-polyester blends, and most natural and synthetic fabrics. Not suitable for nylon or hydrophobic textiles.
• Durability: Withstands washing at up to 60°C for standard colors and 40°C for neon colors (using color-safe and mild detergents). Suitable for dry cleaning, with no fiber or fluff adhesion after washing. Always wash textiles inside out.

Processing Tips:

• TUBITHERM can be cut using standard plotters, with a 60° flock knife recommended for optimal results.
• After weeding, apply the design using a heat press, removing the polyester liner while still warm.
• For a secure and long-lasting bond, always adhere to the specified temperature and pressure settings. We recommend testing on sample materials first.
